On the day of your wedding, we will provide on-site support so that you can relax and enjoy your special day with your guests.

Get Me Started Package

This package is meant for clients who wish to plan their wedding but need help getting started. This package includes:

 Practical planning advice
 Tips on etiquette
 Budget preparation
 Vendor referrals- 2 in each category
 Personalized Wedding Timeline and roles of attendants.

This investment starts at $250.

Make My Day Perfect Package

This package is for clients who have planned their wedding but want direction of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception for a flawless day. This package includes:

 Four hours of consultation three weeks prior to your wedding to discuss, finalize, and confirm all wedding arrangements.
 Personalized itinerary furnished to all of your wedding vendors and wedding party.
 Onsite direction of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. (Four hours for rehearsal and eight hours for the wedding. If needed longer, hourly charge is $50/hour).
 Ensure delivery and set up of all accessories and decorations at reception site.
 Personalized timeline.
 Seating charts for ceremony and reception.
 Distribute flowers.
 Make sure all items are given to designated person to be delivered to wedding couple.

This investment starts at $750.

Complete Planning Package

This package is designed for clients who need help throughout their wedding planning. This package includes:

 Package One and Two
 5 face-to-face planning sessions
 Event concept and design
 Establishing and sticking to the budget
 Vendor suggestion and confirmation
 Schedule all appointments and attend up to six with bride
 Arranging accommodations for out-of-town guests
 Assistance in choosing attire for entire party
 Ordering invitations and gifts for attendants
 Help establish registries
 Maintain and track all payments
 Arranging transportation

This investment starts at $1500.

The Ultimate Dream Package

This package is designed to totally pamper the bride. It is all inclusive from the engagement to the honeymoon. This package includes:

 Packages One, Two, And Three.
 Event Concept and Design
 Ceremony and Rehearsal venue referrals, arrange appointments for walk through and accompany
 Assist in writing engagement announcement and submitting it to the appropriate newspaper(s).
 Address invitations and/or Save the Date Cards.** (or type information to take to the calligrapher).**
 Write out place cards. **
 Schedule and confirm day of beauty.
 RSVP tracking.
 Provide itinerary, maps, and/or directions to members of bridal party and/or guests.
 On site all day on wedding day.
 Assist in honeymoon plans.

This package can be used for birthday, showers, anniversary, graduation, any occasion to celebrate. This package can be changed to fit your individual needs but the standard package includes:

 Budget planning and adhering to the budget
 Theme selection
 Invitations- choosing, ordering, writing out, and sending
 Helping choose and secure location
 Favor assembly
 Coordination of vendors
 Event coordination and onsite day of event, up to 4 hours.
 Timetable of event day, directions, and/or maps given to guests
 Accommodations arrangements for out-of-town guests
 Clean up
